Day 30: We had learning night tonight, so I’m pretty late with everything – planning, getting to sleep, writing something about my day. As such, I’m going to keep this one short.

Charles Schulz said, “Happiness is a warm puppy.” He is right. However, this does not preclude me being correct when I say, “Happiness is an alien mustard and cheese sandwich.” More specifically, “Happiness is an alien mustard and cheese sandwich, born of bad procedures and lots of student laughter, with plenty of extra mustard smeared on the loaf of bread, on the lockers and on my lab counter.”

Honestly, being a science teacher is just more fun.
